How We Handle Referrals
For Referring Dentists
When you refer a patient to us:
- Submit the referral using the form below, by phone, or by email
- We contact the patient to schedule an appointment
- We keep you informed with consultation reports and treatment updates
- Patient returns to you for ongoing general dental care

Electronic Submission
We accept digital X-rays and records via:
- Secure email
- Practice management system transfers
- Cloud sharing (Dropbox, Google Drive—shared securely)
Physical Records
Mail or deliver to the appropriate location. We'll return originals upon request.
